- 1 ½ cup fresh cranberries
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp orange zest
- Pinch cinnamon, if desired
Directions
- Make the cranberry sauce: Add the cranberries, water, coconut sugar, orange zest, and cinnamon (if using) to a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries break down and the sauce thickens. Continue simmering for another 5 minutes if you prefer a smoother texture. Let cool for about 20 minutes.
- Whip the goat cheese: In a large bowl, combine the goat cheese, rosemary, and orange zest. Using a hand mixer, beat until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
