We're here to help.

Since our delicious snacks are intended for consumption, we do not accept returns. However, we'll gladly replace your items or process a refund if there's any problems with your order. In case of a damaged, broken, deteriorated, or lost order, please contact us within 30 days of purchase at hello@gocraize.com. When requesting a refund or replacement we need you to provide some details:

Please include a brief explanation of the problem, date of purchase, size and flavor, place of purchase (retail or website), and pictures of the damaged package and label*.

Our customer service team will take care of your issue as soon as possible.

In case of a refund, your charge should be reversed in 3 to 7 business days.

*For UPS and shipping related damages, kindly attach 6 pictures of the tampered item in order to handle the issue properly.
