Make the cranberry sauce: Combine all ingredients for the cranberry sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a low boil, then reduce the heat to low. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes or until thickened and the cranberries have broken up. Simmer for another 5 minutes if desired to break up the cranberries more. Let cool for 20 minutes.
Add the goat cheese, rosemary, and orange zest to a large bowl. Beat with an electric hand mixer until well combined and the goat cheese is whipped, about 30 seconds.
Spoon the goat cheese onto a serving plate and top with the cranberry sauce. Serve with the Craize crackers to dip and enjoy!
