Ingredients
- 3, 15 oz cans full fat coconut milk
- ¾ cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp cloves
- 1 cup spiced rum
- 2 tsp coconut extract
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cans of the coconut milk and pure maple syrup to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and let simmer for about 30 minutes until slightly thickened and
- reduced. Remove from the heat and let cool.
- Add the cooled sweetened condensed coconut
- milk and the remainder ingredients to a
- high speed blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
- Pour into an airtight container and store in the fridge until ready to serve!
