- 1/2 can full fat coconut cream
- 1/4 cup milk of preference
- 1 tbsp agave or maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Blend all ingredients and freeze mixture in a bowl for around 2-3 hours or overnight until frozen. When ready, blend for a creamy consistency.
For the Craize cookie:
- 1 pack of Coconut Craize
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips of preference
- 1-2tsp coconut oil
- Coconut flakes (optional)
Melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil in the microwave (in 20 second intervals). Layer chocolate mixture in between crackers for a stack of 4 crackers. Cover with chocolate and allow to set. Sandwich a scoop of ice cream between two cookie towers and add coconut flakes or any topping of choice. Freeze for 15min.
