- Craize Sweet Corn Crackers
- Queso blanco or mozzarella
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper and lay desired amount of crackers onto the baking sheet.
- Place a generous slice of queso blanco or mozzarella onto each cracker. Place into the oven and allow the cheese to melt for about 3-5 minutes.
- Once melted, top with another cracker, and enjoy immediately!
