Take your protein of choice (we used tofu this time but chicken, beef, or seafood work well too) and cut into pieces. Season according to liking. Dip pieces into 2 beaten eggs and proceed to bread into a bowl of crushed Everything Craize (or your flavor of choice!) mixed in with almond flour, panko, parmesan cheese, or any crumble of preference. Spray with olive oil and take into an oven or air fryer at 380F for 15 to 20 minutes until golden. These turn out very crispy and delicious.
