Ingredients

• 6 oz dark chocolate, chopped 
• 1 tbsp coconut oil
• Craize Coconut Toasted Corn Crackers, roughly crushed
• Mini marshmallows
• Flaky sea salt 

Directions

1. Add the chocolate and coconut oil to a small bowl. Microwave in 20 second increments, stirring each time, until smooth.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the chocolate in the sheet, spreading in a layer. Top with desired amount of crushed Craize crackers and mini marshmallows. Top with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
3. Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and freeze for at least 20 minutes or until hardened. Break the chocolate bark into pieces and enjoy!
