Ingredients
- 3, 4 oz bags Coconut Toasted Corn Crackers
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- ¼ cup salted butter
- 1 lemon, zested - optional
Directions
- Smash the bag of crackers to break up the crackers just slightly.
- Add the marshmallow and butter to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring each time, until smooth and melted.
- Fold the broken Craize crackers and if desired, the lemon zest, into the marshmallow mixture.
- Immediately spread into a lined 8 inch baking dish and press to fit snug in the dish.
- Let rest for about 1 hour, then slice and serve!
