Add the chocolate and coconut oil to a small bowl. Microwave in 20 second increments, stirring each time, until smooth.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the chocolate in the sheet, spreading in a layer. Top with desired amount of crushed Craize crackers and mini marshmallows. Top with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and freeze for at least 20 minutes or until hardened. Break the chocolate bark into pieces and enjoy!
